Bharathi Kannamma is a Tamil television series that airs on Vijay TV from Monday to Friday at 8:30 pm. It premiered on 25th February 2019. Roshni Haripriyan and Arun Prasath are the main protagonists of the series along with an ensemble supporting cast including Sweety, Senthikumari, Venkat and Raj Kumar. The show is the remake of Telugu television series Karthika Deepam which is being aired on Star Maa.
Plot
The story revolves around the life of Kannamma (Roshni Haripriyan), a dark-skinned and pure-hearten girl. She faces several trials and tribulations due to her dark-skin complexion. She gets married to Bharathi (Arun Prasath) who becomes her faith of love and support in every conditions.

Arun Prasath made debut in television industry. Famous model Roshni Haripriyan landed in lead role opposite Kannamma in the Show. Senthikumari entered the show as the main antagonist of Bhagyalakshmi.
