VJ Kathir is an Indian Actor and Anchor, who is working in Tamil television industry. He was born on 12th July in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Kathir made his acting debut in the Tamil short film “Kaara” along with Pooja, directed by Ajith and produced by Electron Media Port. Kathir was one of the Contestant in Dance Jodi Dance dance competition reality television show along with Abhirami Venkatachalam and Swetha. Rio Raj and Kalakka povathu Yaru Rakshan are very close friends to him. He also acted with popular actresses like Priya Raman, Shabana and Lakshmi. He has appeared in some well known short films such as Kanavai Pona Nam Kadhal, Bhoo and Kaara. Kathir currently doing the supporting role in Sembaruthi serial along with Janani Ashok Kumar in Zee Tamil.
