Shwetha Bandekar is an Indian actress, who is working in Tamil and Telugu film industry. She was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Shwetha made her acting debut in the Tamil Film “Alwar” along with Ajith Kumar and Asin, directed by Chella and produced by Mohan Natarajan. She also acted with popular actors like Vivek, Saakshi Siva, Arun Kumar Rajan, Nathan Shyam and Maanas Chavali. She has appeared in some well known films such Chedugudu, Payanangal Thodarum, Meeravudan Krishna and Idhayam Thiraiarangam. Her performances in many films were lauded especially in “Naan Than Bala” which was one of the Best films of the year 2014. She worked with some of the top names of that time like Shwetha in “Bhooloham” along with Jayam Ravi, Trisha and Prakash Raj. Shwetha Currently doing the leading role in Chandralekha serial along with Jai Dhanush in Sun TV and Lakshmi Vandhachu serial along with Vetrivel in Zee Tamil.
