Uyire (Tamil as உயிரே) is a Indian drama television series that airs on Colors Tamil from Monday to Saturday at 9:30 PM. It premiered on 2nd January 2020. Story
Pavi is the daughter of Veeralakshmi, the village councillor. She is a bubbly, carefree and happy go lucky girl.
Pavi falls in love with Varun and becomes pregnant with his child. Veeralakshmi, being a greedy woman, refuses to accept Varun as he is financially unstable. She kills Varun and asks Pavi to marry Chezhiyan, a widower with a five year old kid Naren. Pavi refuses to marry Chezhiyan at first but later agrees to save her unborn child from her mother’s ill intentions.
