Career

Venkat Ranganathan is an Indian Actor, who is working in Tamil film and television industry. He made his acting debut in the Tamil television serial “Kana Kaanum Kaalangal” along with Kavyavarshini, directed by Prabhu Kanna and produced by Time Frames. He also acted with well known actresses like Shamitha Shreekumar, Vani Bhojan, Gayathri Yuvraaj, Aishwarya Pisse and Meghna Vincent. He has appeared in some well known TV shows such as Deivam Thandha Veedu, Ninaika Therintha Manamae, Mella Thirandhathu Kadhavu and Puguntha Veedu. In 2018 Venkat participated in Tamil Television Dance reality show Jodi Number One season 10 in Vijay TV along with his wife Ajantha and hosted by Priyanka Deshpande. This Jodi was eliminated in the Folk Round. His performances in many films were lauded especially in “Thirumanam” which was one of the Best films of the year 2019. He worked with some of the top names of that time like Venkat in “Kuttram 23” along with Arun Vijay, Mahima Nambiar, Neelima Rani and Amit Bhargav. Venkat Ranganathan currently doing the supporting role in Roja serial along with Smriti Kashyap in Sun TV and leading role in Pandian Stores serial along with Hema Rajkumar in Vijay TV.
